Collecting Consciousness

Expand Your Mind, Align Your Life

Welcome!

I'm Sarah Freitag, Your Woo-Friendly Licensed Therapist.

Collecting Consciousness was created for those who feel deeply, think expansively, and sometimes find themselves caught between inner knowing and outer expectations.
At Collecting Consciousness, we’ll explore healing through a dual lens: grounded therapeutic practices and open-hearted spiritual curiosity. That means honoring your trauma story and your intuition. Working with the nervous system and your energetic body. Talking about attachment wounds and maybe even the Moon.

You’re safe to bring your full self here, the parts that want to be seen, the parts in hiding, and the parts still awakening.

Services

Individual Therapy
(Adults)

Personalized, integrative support for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, identity, spirituality, and life transitions. Rooted in compassion and collaboration, our work together is tailored to your unique journey.

Sessions may include modalities such as EMDR, parts work, somatic therapy,  mindfulness, and more to support deep and lasting transformation.

Clinical Supervision
(For Pre-Licensed Therapists)

Supportive and reflective supervision for pre-licensed therapists seeking growth, confidence, and alignment in their clinical practice. Offered with a blend of insight, intuition, and evidence-based frameworks.

I provide a grounded, nurturing space where you can develop your therapeutic voice while staying connected to your values and vision.

Workshops & Intensives

In the future, I plan to offer immersive experiences for those seeking deeper therapeutic work beyond weekly sessions. Think guided intensives and small-group workshops focused on healing, growth, and connection.

If you’re interested in being notified when these offerings launch, feel free to reach out and I’ll add you to the interest list.
